Our company has a true organic certification, and in January 2008, we were accredited by The Northeast Organic Farming Association (NOFA). These standards are some of the strictest in the country. Team
Art:
Art is the Owner and Operator of Carone and Sons for over 30 years. He has been in the agriculture field for 45+ years and holds many certifications such as CT-certified Master Gardener, NOFA Certified Landscape Professional, and holds Connecticut Certification for Supervisory Pesticide Application. In addition, he led NOFA lectures on edible plants in landscaping to many up-and-coming landscapers and property managers. This passion has led him to stay updated with new and effective landscaping techniques that make Carone and Sons a valuable resource in landscaping.
Joe:
Joe is the Operations Manager for Carone and Sons. He has 10+ years of commercial and residential landscaping. He is working towards his Connecticut Pesticide Supervisor License as well as his Arborists License with the State of Connecticut. He is an Eagle Scout and still actively supports his troop through teaching classes, cooking on camping trips, and advising on troop leadership boards.
Sean:
Sean is the Foreman for Carone and Sons. He has 7+ years of leadership experience and has a strong conviction to complete a job properly and efficiently. He is working towards getting his Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) Certification. He is also an Eagle Scout and is active in his troop. He volunteers with the troop to teach the scouts, help with cooking on trips, and advise the troop leadership board.
