Landscaping Full-Service Program
Our landscape service full-service program includes all services below. It is designed to increase the curb appeal of your property and to take the thought out of managing your property. This full-service package includes everything necessary to ensure your yard is well-maintained throughout the seasons.
- Spring cleanup
- Mechanical time dethatching
- Mulch (If applicable)
- Fertilization program – Including soil test, liming, mosquito, and tick control
- Aeration
- Pruning of shrubs and trees less Than 15 feet
- Ornamental bed weed management
- Ornamental bed, curb, sidewalk, and driveway edging
- Fall leaf cleanup
- Weekly lawn mowing
- Spray cracks for weeds. Sidewalks, driveway, and street/curb.

Fertilization Program
The basic full program consists of the following:
- Soil test for pH and organic content to ensure optimized applications
- Liming according to the results of the soil test
- One early pre-emergent herbicide with fertilization
- One post-emergent broadleaf weed application
- The second application of pre-emergent herbicide with fertilizer
- One grub control with fertilizer
- One winterization fertilization
- Seasonal tick and mosquito control
This is a BASIC application program only, and different /subsequent applications may be needed to obtain optimal results.
